Donations

Voluntary donations are made directly by the recipient of honours to the mentioned charities, without any interference of the Institute. Contrary to others, the Institute will never ask for passage fees, contributions et cetera, in exchange for granting honours. It is self-financed and will not accept fees or donations.

By directly donating to independent education-focused charities, your funds are effectively spent. Some charities that focus on education in Haiti can be found below (please note that the Institute is not affiliated with these charities). Additions to this list are most welcome. Before making donations, we recommend studying the University of Pensilvania’s guide. The website GiveWell provides background information regarding the specific charities you might consider donating to.
